WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF SERVICE FOR NAFISA JEWELS TOP
PAYMENTS:
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards through Paypal.
We accept Money Orders. All money orders need to have a verifiable address and phone number where you can be reached.
Allow 7-10 business days for money orders to be processed.
We do not accept escrow services, company checks, or any payments in excess of amount due.
SHIPPING:
FLAT SHIPPING RATE OF 4.99
Please allow 1 to 2 1/2 weeks for item to arrive.
RETURNS: NO RETURNS ONLY STORE CREDITS
We accept retuns only under the following conditions:
1) You must notify us by email of your intention to return merchandise.
2) You must include return item(s) in original packaging and include a copy of invoice.
3) Returns must be in original condition. We inspect each piece of merchandise before shipping to insure quality. Any piece showing damage or visible wear from customer will not be accepted for return.
4) All returns shipped at the customers risk. We are not responsible for return items lost in mail . Make sure you insure your package and have a tracking number assigned.
5) You must return merchandise within 14 days of delivery with receipt of merchandise
